Trust & Security
This page is maintained by the Ecliven team to answer common security and privacy questions about Ecliven. It is editable app-owned content and is not an independent certification or audit.
Shared responsibility
Ecliven runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Platform providers operate the underlying network, compute, and storage layers; the Ecliven team is responsible for application code, configuration, and the data handling described on this page. Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
Access & authentication
Accounts are protected by email/password sign-in and OAuth providers (such as Google) when enabled. Sessions are managed via signed tokens; passwords are never stored in plain text. Server-side authorization checks apply on every authenticated request, in addition to row-level security on user data.
Data handling
Ecliven stores the data needed to operate your account: profile information, chat threads and messages, agents, and projects you create. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our managed database with row-level isolation so users can only access their own records.
Conversations may be processed by AI model providers to generate responses. Billing is handled by our payment processor; Ecliven does not store full card details.
Retention & deletion
You can delete chats, agents, and projects from within the app. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, contact us using the address below.
