By accessing and using Ecliven ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the Service.

2. Service description

Ecliven provides an AI chat platform, conversation organization in projects and custom agents. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.

3. User account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for: illegal activities, generating harmful content, violating third-party rights, attempting to access unauthorized systems, or abusively automating the platform.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The Pro plan is billed monthly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as merchant of record. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

6. AI-generated content

Responses are generated by AI models and may contain errors or inaccurate information. We are not responsible for use of such content. Always verify critical information.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it and deliver the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecliven will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your access at any time for violating these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
