Refund Policy

1. Refunds in the first 14 days

If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Applies only to the first billing cycle.

2. Recurring renewals

Monthly renewals are non-refundable. Cancel your subscription before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@ecliven.com with the subject "Refund request" and include your account email and the date of the charge. We'll process your request within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases of: violation of the Terms and Conditions, abusive use of the Service, or subscriptions previously cancelled with a refund already issued.

5. Payment processing

Refunds are credited to the original payment method through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Crediting time depends on your bank (typically 5 to 10 business days).

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile. You'll keep access to Pro features until the end of the paid billing cycle.
